Boyle Heights is one of the most underserved locations in Los Angeles, with 30+ gangs identified in the area and the second highest murder rate in the county

East LA Jiu Jitsu’s mission is “Building Character Through Jiu-Jitsu.” They provide access to structured youth development programs that promote discipline, confidence, and resilience in East LA and Boyle Heights, through jiu-jitsu instruction that is offered to every student, regardless of their ability to pay or their economic circumstances.

Through events like this, we are able to sow seeds of God’s grace, love and salvation 🙏
