We Making a Difference!
Scott Bascon shares the inspiring origin of the Blue Tape Ministry. In this testimony, he reveals how a simple act of support turned into a meaningful movement, impacting lives and strengthening communities. Watch the video to discover how it all began.
WHAT BTM DOES
What we do is simple!
We serve burritos and prayer.
Itβs that simple:

Come alongside a person or community in need.

Offer them a burrito.β

Get to know them.β

Pray over them.β
Stay in touch and, thatβs it.
For those who know Him we assure them that they are not alone.
For those who do not know Him, we pray for His divine intervention into their hearts and lives.
WHY DO WE FEED
The only miracle repeated in all four Gospels is theΒ feeding of 5,000βan example of Jesus feeding the hungry.Β John 6Β records Jesusβ teaching of salvation the day after He performed the miracle. The people had been hungry, so He had fed them; however, Jesus teaches that humanityβs greater need is for spiritual food. He explains in verse 27, βDo not work for food that spoils, but for food that endures to eternal life, which the Son of Man will give you.β The crowd then asked Him, βWhat must we do to do the works God requires?β (verse 28). Jesus brought the conversation back to faith: βThe work of God is this: to believe in the one he has sentβ (verse 29). He then declared Himself to be theΒ Bread of LifeΒ (verse 35). He pointed the crowd to Himself, saying that physical food will only satisfy temporarily, but salvation through Him is forever.

THE POWER OF PRAYER
God has given all men the spiritual weapons of the Bible, faith, and prayer.Β βWhatever you bind on earth will be bound in heaven, and whatever you loose on earth will be loosed in heavenβ (Matthew 16:19b). Each prayer becomes a fresh blow against the hold that Satan has against their lives.Β
